Leadership coaching is one of the most effective learning solutions in the market today. It’s personal, it’s effective, and people want it. Traditional learning is no longer desirable — or effective. A rigid program can’t offer the dynamic behavioral change that organizations need leaders to demonstrate to meet emerging business challenges.
Leadership development has to be tailored to business goals in order for people to retain the new skills and information. To build and nurture dynamic leaders who can adapt, flex, and meet the increasingly complex demands in a changeable, disruptive, global marketplace, leadership coaching is the logical choice.
To celebrate International Coaching Week, join Sounding Board for a live event on May 18, 2022 at noon PT/3 pm ET featuring Chief Coaching Officer Lori Mazan, Sounding Board Coaches Edwin Vega, and Solu Nwanze.
They will explore:
- How is leadership coaching transformational?
- Why is leadership coaching so effective in today’s fast-paced business environment and diverse workplace?
- What does a leadership coaching session look like?
- What will the future of the leadership coaching industry look like?
